I used kala gond for relief in joint pain I have been using it for the past few days and I am getting satisfied with product quality and delivery bhi fast thi.

my father using same Gond Siyah (Kala Gond) from another company named "Hakim Suleman" which was very good. one of my friend suggest try from "Trimanthan Organics" as it is cheaper. so i ordered and received damage product. the inner packing of the product is damaged and sticky. To use this product we need to grind to make it in to powder like consistency but as it is very sticky it was not possible to grind it. so i contact with seller over phone which i get from his website and send them the video that i received damaged/useless product which is very sticky and i am not able to covert it in to powder. they suggest put this under the sun for some time and it will become dry but it become more sticky. so i contact again and send photos of the item, and they stop replying me. Now this product is useless for me and i wasted my ₹945 rupees in this product. I don't know is it effective on the joint pain or not but if any company who never take responsibility of their product or not care about their customers then its better not purchase any item from there.
