I love when I can find suppliers who can provide quality products for a fraction of the cost of name brand products. I do a lot of printing of legal and letter sized documents almost on the daily. Price

The laser ink cartridge does not fit into the drum of the Brother printer. As a result this drum CANNOT be used in a Brother printer or any laser print cartridge and is defective . Compare this to the original Brother Drum (Bad engineering)

Great Pricing and works just as good as the original.

At first, I was one of them. The drum did not work when first installed. I then called Brother for help. The advisor checked with his resources an fount the answer. He guided me through the tools function to changing the drum, and renewing the drum moved the setting from zero to 100%. Now the drum works as the prior one. I suggest that the seller add this to the instructions that it ships with it. This will avoid bad reviews and returns.
