I have bought 34 radios in total for my construction project and they have been a great tool for communication throughout the building(39 floors). I did have 5 radios that died and would no longer turn on or charge. After reaching out to their customer service, they quickly replaced the radios. Will continue to use their radios for any upcoming projects, Highly recommended!

We have a lumberyard with 8 employees and had been looking for a radio that was durable and rechargeable without breaking the bank. This one checked all of those boxes. Of the 6 radios we purchased, we did have 2 that died. Upon getting in contact with the manufacturer, they immediately sent us two replacement radios, no questions asked. We would definitely purchase them again.

The radios work great and do exactly what we want them to do.However, on one the volume knob came broken and did not turn on or off the radio. As well as, one of the chargers did not work.I did contact customer service once we realized the issue and they resolved it quickly and sent a new radio to replace it. They were very helpful and prompt! (Contact thru amazon chat. The email that is listed in the box, no one responds to.)

radios work great! #1 reason we bought these were the very long battery life. had some minor issues but the customer service was impressive. took care of the issue and made sure everything worked. because of the great customer service we ended up buying 2 more sets.

I had an issue with one of the radios. Customer service was excellent and they were able to take care of the matter. Having a excellent product and excellent customer service is the best for us customers.

We are running a warehousing business in NJ. With total of 255,000 Sq Ft warehouse space, we purchased 3 times of SAMCOM Two Way Radio FPCN10A for 21 units since last year. The walkie talkies have very strong signals. Forklift drivers can get paged anywhere inside building. The batteries would last about 2 days after fully charged in the "heavy duty" environment. Customer service was excellent with very responsible people. Highly recommended.

Bought a 6-pack and had one act up. When I email the seller he immediately sent me a replacement. Very helpful and diligent.

The paging-ring to call other radios, while it says its available in the written-manual, this feature can not be enabled.
