Excelente producto para personas con histaminosis alimentaria. Me pasó que lo usé dos veces por día, pero elevó mis niveles de ácido fólico mucho más de los niveles normales. Recomiendo sólo usar una vez al día y medir los niveles de folato con frecuencia.

Desde que empezó a tomarlo mi urticaria desapareció claro que antes de hacer la compra tuve que investigar más al principio estaba dudoso, pero ya había probado todos los antialergicos de 1er y 2da generación y solo la Zyrtec me estaba haciendo efecto, pero desde que comenze a tomar NartuDao la urticaria a desaparecido considerablemente antes tenía que tomar la Cetirizina cada 8 horas ahora solo 1 diaria estoy muy contento con los resultados y ya poco a poco puedo volver a comer sin restricciones, claro que tengo que cuidarme y no abusar de los alimentos altos en histamina pero es un excelente comienzo con el producto y resultados visibles en muy poco tiempo, puedo tomar lacteos y comer huevos sin problema cuando anteriormente eso me hacía daño, le doy las 5 estrellas fue una maravillosa desicion

I took it for two days and on both days made me real sick. My blood pressure dropped, made me nauseous, dizzy, headache, very sleepy, and extremely thirsty. I do not recommend.

There is nothing wrong with the quality of these, they just didn't work for me. Everyone is different and I just didn't see any difference while taking these as an enzyme. I still had issues with food intolerances. The price was good and again the quality of the product is great!
