Q: Do you have to use the full amount or can you use small amounts just for beard?

Yes, I never use it all, lasts me ages. Just mix an approximate share of both, keep the rest for later. The ratio is not critical. For just a beard, you would use about 10%. Don't leave it on too long, it works extremly well.

Q: It says ammonia free and in the description it says contains ammonia. i've reported this as it's totally misleading.

I agree, Had the same issue that I took up with a different seller. its very disconcerting. I cannot smell ammonia in the product, and decided to use it with success, so far.

We do not see this ingredient in the formulation. Perhaps it is found under another name.
