This extraordinary production process ends up with a long and delicate drying at low temperature, which contributes to keep the typical flavour, colour and roughness of drawn Pasta. It is perfect with fish condiments and sauces Paccheri Rigati PGI: thanks to its porosity, this renowned shape of Pasta retains the sauce very well. It pairs well with all kinds of sauces. Fusilli Pugliesi Caserecci: it is a type of Pasta typical of Apulia and it is great with every kind of condiment, in particular with fresh vegetables and meat based sauces. Fusilloni PGI: one of the most original shapes made by the artisan Pasta factory "La Fabbrica della Pasta".
