I like the fact that these are capsules, so easier to swallow and no taste. I have noticed an improvement in my digestion since using them, so a positive effect already, bought them to detox and aid my liver function. 1200mg dose which is high compared to other brands so overall good value for money.

Great supplement for liver support. I had elevated liver ALT and after taking this for a couple of months my liver function test went back into normal range. I will continue taking this to support my liver.

Excellent product. I've been taking these for about 6 months now. The most stand out improvement I have found is in my digestion of food. I would often get heartburn after spicy food, but since taking these it has barely happened. They're easy to swallow, barely any taste, and , as far as I'm concerned, no after effects.Highly recommended.

Been taking these for 1 year now, and has been amazing on the liver, I have to take blood tests regularly and while taking TUDCA, combined with milk thistle, has massively improved my liver function tests results

I have health condition that requires operation so I had to stop drinking suppliments and only then I noticed how hoot these are. More energy, better sleep.

These are quite big to swallow to be honest. Tasteless so no issue with it.
