Difficult but fun
I'm laid up from an accident and I'm constantly trying to find interesting things to do that challenge my mind while trying to recover. I was searching model sets on Amazon thinking it could be fun to build something when I came across this set. I remembered how much I loved Legos when I was a kid and thought the size of the pieces would make it more difficult. Boy was I right about that. The pieces in this set are TINY! Luckily, I have fingernails to help hold the pieces as I tried to place them (FYI if you have short nails you may want to invest in a good set of tweezers). My only two complaints are that the pictures in the directions can be difficult to read at times (but if pay attention it's not that big of a deal) and that the pieces are not sorted. This means you have to dump all the bags into a large container (not included lol) and sort them yourself. At first, I tried to sort through as I went but quickly got frustrated. So I pre sorted and bagged them in small baggies with the step numbers on the bag (hint I put 15-20 steps per bag. It was much easier to find what I needed and didn't waste a lot of ziplock bags). As long as you do that, then you should really enjoy building this cute little castle.

A lot of organizing but totally worth it
I have never done a micro brick set before and wanted something small I could build on my lunch break. This turned out amazing and I get so many compliments but i did have some issues. I was used to Lego sets when you do one bag and finish it then move on to the next. This kit had multiple bags and one page of the instructions had you getting bricks from four different bags. I had to spend a lot of time organizing before I could do a lot of building.

Fun but missing parts!
I ordered this back at the end of March, and have been slowly working on it. It's a bit complex, but fun and it is coming together really nicely. It takes about an hour per step, and there are about 109 steps. However, today (June), I am on step 46 and have discovered I am short on one of the pieces. Looking ahead through the instructions, I am missing about 20 of them.I attempted to contact the vendor but it takes to me Amazon support who want me to return it for a refund and get a new one. But I'm almost halfway done and don't want to start over!I'm hoping the vendor sees this review and can send me the extra parts. It's the gray piece from step 56. If you do and send me the parts I will update the review.

It is a LONG build, but worth it
I ordered 2 of these for myself and a friend to assemble together over Thanksgiving. We spent HOURS over that weekend and still had only made it maybe half way. This assembly is NOT for someone who is impatient. It takes a LOT of time and a LOT of patience to sort the bricks and to assemble fully. The instructions are better than some off brand brick builds I have done, but they are not as good as the name brand brick instructions. The build is really adorable and honestly was worth the time. I like it a lot and it looks good on my shelf with my other builds. I HIGHLY recommend having many little containers to sort your pieces into. Also be ready for some sore fingers - the corners on these tiny pieces are so sharp!

Patience is the key...
The bags are NOT numbered. A page may have pieces in more than one bag. The graphics are almost adequate but require a lot of patience and some re-reviewing of previous pages from time to time to insure accuracy. The pieces ARE very small and difficult at times to handle or connect and keept connected. As you do a page, I would HIGHLY recommend double and triple checking that you have: a) the right piece (some pieces look like others) and b) that the piece is in the right place! As you go from page to page, I would continue to insure that things ARE lining up as depicted. I'm not finished but I'm taking my time as I dont want to spend too much time each day on this. I try to do 1-2 pages and if I can do more, I will do maybe a 3rd page. Patience!!!
