The product is very poor quality. The rod is very light weight and when used for wiping it folds and the bucket when the rod is pushed to wet isn’t easy to use as well. The product is waste to buy or put the money for! I had to buy another mop immediately after a week after buying this because it doesn’t clean nor the mop or the bucket is good quality

The most beautiful product I ever used,but it's not so hardy specially the stick brokedown within 4 days of use,but it is too light and apart from that it's can able to clean every nook and corner.I suggest the authority to make the stick joint (with mop) more durable

The product is too light weight and unstable when you try to slide the mop into the wet section or the dry section. Which means, one has to hold the bucket to pull the mop out every time. Additionally, it leaves wet marks as you mop. So you have to dry mop again after this. Topping it all, they do not entertain return for refund on this. You can only get another replacement of this non-functional unit.

The size of the bucket is too small and needs rfrequent changing of water even for a smaĺl house.The built quality is just average and not built to last. I am sure most would find some parts braking/loose apart within 2 to 3 months of time.Had to use both the hands while releaseing the mop from squeezing compartment. Definitely not an one hand operation.Overall an average product which got inflated ratings.

The design is very sleek and user-friendly. However, the quality is really bad. It broke down in second use. The buckets plastic quality is also not good

This item doesn't do the work what it's meant for. It's difficult to enter the mop inside the bucket. Total waste of money. And the cheater seller doesn't provide the option of return fully knowing the poor quality of the item. I remember buying the item after seeing a good rating, but now find the rating to be 1.1. There's definitely a scam regarding the rating.

The micro fiber pad is only good for two or three set for cleaning. Either some thread comes up which get stuck to the dryer tearing the pad or the hook to the pad tears off. I'm rating after using for 4 times and both the pads are gone. To add it all I'm light weighted guy on cleaning the floor, so no harsh usage and still the product can't handle.Don't go for this product waste of money and wait time.

Concept and design is good but quality is not that great, may not last more than 2 to 3 months
