I am remodeling my 100 year old historic bar / restaurant and am obsessing over every detail . My husband purchased an antique brass toliet paper holder for the mens room that was crazy fancy, masculine and ornate. But cost 5x what this holder costs. I felt the need to compete but I also wasn't going to spend that much on a toliet paper holder. I just couldn't.I saw this one and thought it was so pretty, and on my budget for toliet paper holders. So I added to my cart and it sat there for several weeks.Under pressure to finish the women's bathroom, my husband was like you gotta pick one and I finally placed the order, a few days later I had immediate regret. I usually never buy items with zero reviews, and after I realized it was also coming from over seas, I was like oh God this going to take forever to get here and it's going to be junk.But .... the shipping wasn't super awful. It did take sometime and arrived unannounced way earlier than the estimated time. It was packaged extremely well and with care.It's way better than I imagined, flawless finish, true to color, and this thing has a weight to it. Super solid, heavy and well made. It came with everything need to mount, though I haven't installed it yet. Very pleased with this purchase. it's really going to add some golden vintage class to my historic bar ladies room. I do recommend, thanks !

Love how it looks, but it was a pain in the butt, getting this to stay on our wall. The screws are very small, and I ended up using a longer one to get it to stay in the wall. It’s come loose a few times and I’ve had to tighten it. Wish it was the toilet paper holder that you take off to put the roll on, it’s almost too heavy to be one sided. Would have returned if I hadn’t already had it in the wall.Update: gorgeous but falls out of my wall all the time
