Pros- Crunchy, vegan, protein packed. Salty but not too high in sodium. Low sat fat!Cons - a little pricey but I don't mind because its guilt free!!

No flavor
I bought the Thai chili flavor and there is hardly any flavor. It is not spicy at all. It is salty and crunchy. Not terrible, but I am disappointed by the flavor.
