$350.00 and it does not include the P volve mat that they want you to buy for another $100.00, nor does it include any instructions on how to exercise with this equipment. It instead gives a “free” QR code for “free 3 months access”, but only if you enter your credit card to be charged for future subscriptions. More money.

The equipment is great. I actually got more stuff than I thought came with the kit. It’s all fantastic quality and the classes are amazing. I am a long distance runner and strength train before going on my runs and needed a program that was low impact since I’m aging and heavy weights were hurting my lower back. I do a Pvolve every morning and then go on a six mile run. Their workouts leave me energized and while they’re hard they don’t zap my quads so bad that I can’t comfortably still run after. Definitely recommend this equipment and program. I never felt glute burn the way that p ball felt.

This a great workout with minimal recovery time. I've only had it for a month but I see results. I recommend reaching out to a trainer so they can tell you where to start since they have a voluminous library. Also I used the Internet app on the Amazon Firestick to stream Pvolve. I tried a few casting apps but they just didn't work.
