I bought this to use on my boat’s upholstery. Was going to use a bleach solution but determined that the caustic effect that bleach has on upholstery. This product is not only gentle on fabric, it is every bit as effective as bleach in removing mold and mildew. (Unsure whether it disinfects as bleach would.) I now also use this around the house when mildew tends to show up. Just spray it on, let it sit for 25-30 seconds, and just wipe off. EZPZ. Will make sure I ALWAYS have a supply of this.

I used it to clean white/translucent slime (assumed to be mold) from a sump pit. After pouring a few ounces of liquid and some water on it, it started foaming without generating any fumes or odors. 30 minutes later I rinsed the pit/pump with multiple gallons of water and to my surprise all the slime was essentially gone, requiring minimal scrubbing. It says it is septic safe on the bottle, and it helped avoid the use of vinegar or bleach which could damage the pump.

Item arrived in good condition, takes several applications to work on mild mold staining. reduced amount of larger older mold and mildew areas on caulking with applications applied with a damp cloth and left to sit over night. no strong smell. Rinces clean. only used on white surfaces.

Good product, need to scrub a lot - could be stronger.

This product is completely ineffective. I used it to remove algae and bleach the live rock, but after waiting two days, all I could smell was bleach—no visible bleaching effect on the rock. I had no choice but to return it.
