Great tape and at a fantastic price. Easy to use and extra sticky that ladtva few days extra.

This tape made the difference between being off sick from work and still managing to do my job with modifications. I found it lost its stick once it got wet, but my hands were constantly getting wet due to my job. I also needed to change the tape daily because it made my arm itchy if I left it on longer. This may have been more to do with my job than the tape though. I was surprised how much support this tape gave my wrists.

Gives great support and can survive a 30 min swim session but one tiny little catch of a corner and it starts to unstick. It comes off quite easily after a swim but won't stay on longer than a day. I've had better luck with Sporttape (cheaper too). I have sensitive skin but this was fine but do not put any stretch on the ends otherwise you may end up with a rash. I had it on under a unloader knee brace but the brace started to peel it off.

Best tape I have used! I have taped up my knees and foot and it has stayed on for a half marathon (which for me is several hours!). No rub on the foot tape either. Easy to cut and apply with a good amount of stretch in it. Well worth the money. The white writing on black is a little odd, but doesn’t affect use so I don’t mind. Next time I will get another design.

Very pleased with adhesion, waterproofing and support. No irritation, no problems removing. Got me through a marathon and last month of training. Very important: follow the instructions to 1. Shave skin 2. Clean skin with IPA Stays firmly in place for several days

Overall its fine as kin tape. I have knee problems and it helps with the pain that comes with being quite active. However, this is normal for kinesology tape. Its not bad tape- just not stickier than usual Rocktape or other tapes. It lasts me maybe 3 days max because whilst most of it sticks some part of it will always start to lift at some point and this obviously results in the rest of it slowly coming off across the next day or two. Original rock tape has lasted me longer before definitely. Not bad but no point switching from usual rocktape either in my opinion.

I have used this to help build up the strength of my wrists when climbing. It seems to do a good job of supporting them. It is nice and sticky and stays on for the whole session.

I use it as an ankle strap because for some unknown reason it helps. I primarily use it for running, without any complaints - stays on tight, even after multiple days worth of runs AND showers! I do also tighten it up a lot - it can take it without slipping or ripping and stays tight after. Yes you can tighten it up to the point of being uncomfortable and it'll stay like that, so it's on you to learn how to put it on and how tight you need it!

Excellent quality, the best tape I used so far. Waterproof and can be left on skin for 3 consecutive days. Highly recommended

A tape that sticks like it means it, RockTape Extra Sticky lives up to the name. I slapped some onto a sore struggling ankle and it held strong. The adhesive didn’t irritate my skin like some other tapes have, and it flexes perfectly with movement. Application was eassy enough just make sure to clean your skin well, round the corners, and give it a good rub to activate the adhesive. It lasted upwards of a week even through showers and on a foot.
