Works! Connects to TB3 HP laptop. Dual monitors in Quad setup.
Had bad luck with TB docks so far. Both my Cable Creations and Plugable docks faild (both down to only the video ports working). Dell dock had tons of compatibility issues. Accell dock does not charge laptop reliably (though at least all the ports work). So, here we go again, but in Thunderbolt 4 land. Initial setup of the Kensington TB4 dock is very positive:✅️ works with my HP Zbook G5 on TB3 ports✅️ dual monitors on the HDMI ports work perfectly at native resolutions of 1080p and 2k, including return from screen shutoff via Windows. . All part of a 4 monitor setup with two also driven directly from the G5.✅️ Downstream TB4 post successfully connects to OWC TB3 m2 drive enclosure.✅️ USB C 10gbps port successfully connects with a 10gbps drive dock housing a 2.5 SATA SSD.✅️ Runs cooler than previous docks.✅️ Nice smallish size, subdued quality look and feel.✅️ Moderately sized power brick, smaller than all previous TB docks. This is as far as I've taken it on Initial setup, but so far, so good.I had high hopes for TB4 working better in the real world due to the more stringent requirements of TB4 certification. Perhaps, but time will tell.So far, recommend.

Does not support advertised dual monitor functionality
I purchased this unit specifically based on Kensington claims that it was compatible with an M3 Macbook Air, and would run dual 4K displays with the macbook lid closed. It does not.As others have reported, only a single display is detected in Apple’s settings and system information screens.

Buyer beware. This product and Kensington support is not good.
This device is supposed to support multiple monitors. It does but the external monitor locations keep getting reset so that I have to reset them every time I wake the computer up or turn it back on. I attempt to get assistance from Kensington and I keep getting blocked even though I am signed into the account I had to create on their website.

Works perfectly
This is a fantastic docking station - I bought it to use at home to connect my work computer to two monitors, external speakers, mouse, and keyboard. All worked flawlessly from the single USB C connection with no issues at all - just plugged everything into the device and it worked perfectly from the start. I did not need any technical support or have any comment on the sleep mode but gave them both high ratings as I am very impressed with the device.

Does not support two monitors
Do not buy!!! I connected both of my monitors to it and the cord to my MacBook, and it will only display one monitor at a time. One is 4K 60 and the other is 1080 60
