Not sure if anything takes advantage of the 240w yet but I’ve tested it up to 165W with no eating issue and was stable

I have an Orico Thunderbolt dock that came with a very short cable. That works fine when the dock is right by or behind the computer, but not when it is going up on a monitor shelf. After seeing endless choices or longer cables, I decided to see if Orico sold cables.I chose the right angle connector so it doesn’t need as much desk space to the left of the computer. That works well.The length is good, but the texture of the cable makes it feel abrasive as it rubs on the cable hole in my desk. I expect it will start wearing down the edge of that pass-thru hole. (It makes a saw-sound when you pull the cable and the ridges of it hit the corner of the wood.)Performance-wise, everything seems just as fast as the original cable. If I have any issues with the cable down the line, I will update the review.The included leather cable strap was a fun surprise.

This cable has lasted me longer than the anker cables I'd been purchasing. I'm not sure what the issue was with the anker cables, but it's handling the super fast charging brick for my Samsung phone far better without getting fried. The only issue I have with it is I wish that the cord was longer. I also want to add that the cat hasn't chewed through it either. The braiding on the wire is nice & thick & durable.

I got this cable to connect my laptop to my 4k monitor to the port that both charges and outputs display between the two devices. It seemed like the specs were more appropriate and that it was a higher quality one than the generic one that came with the monitor. Well, as soon as I plugged it in, throughout the day I noticed that my computer was beeping in a Morse code style manner and that the monitor would lag/freeze up while it beeped repeatedly. At first, I thought there was something wrong with my computer. But lo and behold, when I switched back to the generic USB C cable, the issue completely stopped. I'm curious to know if others have had similar issues and if this is just a defective cable.

My son needed this to hook up a game with his oculus through his laptop and it works great!
