Got this as XMas gifts for two nephews and they both love it. Haven’t tried the programming feature yet, but it feels like a heavy duty keyboard and the lights are awesome!

The media could not be loaded. I had previously ordered this keyboard in mint for work and was instantly enamored, so much so that I immediately decided to order the black version for personal use. The first red flag I should have noticed was the fact that the box was already opened. When I went to plug it into my laptop, i noticed that the USB-C port was to bent out of shape the cord wouldn’t even plug in. I shrugged it off for the moment and decided to just connect it wirelessly.Then, as I started typing I noticed it felt off. Upon removing all the key caps, I realized the switches underneath were all different and the RGB doesn’t work at all. That’s I put two and two together to realize that this was a return that someone had probably stripped for parts.I massively disappointed as I ordered a new keyboard, not a slightly used one and certainly not one as messed up as this one. Definitely returning.

This is a nice, heavy, substantial keyboard but I do have one issue- every time I use the delete key, I get a screen snapshot instead- is this a keyboard issue or setting, because I cannot find anything about it anywhere.

I should have understood what I was getting into...south facing illumination is invisible in low-light. This keyboard is for the light show, not a backlit key pad. Tried replacing some keys to see if that helped and it didn't. This is probably great keyboard for coding and gaming with specific sets. Very touchy so inadvertent multiple keystroke can disappear things. Assigning key commands using instructions was tons of fun
