Good to have on Hand
I picked these up to add them to my first aid kit. The last thing you want when you've got a significant injury is to try and be piecing together whatever band-aids the kids didn't play with. Overall I think these will be a useful tool for significant lacerations, but it's worth noting that these are probably a stop gap measure. Typically you'll need to stop bleeding, which is done best by direct pressure as opposed to closing the wound. Closing the wound by pulling the skin together is more common to prevent/limit scarring, and is best accomplished by stitches. So while I think these might be a useful tool, I think that any injury that justifies use of something like this will probably also require a trip to the doc.

Vital Tool for Medical Kits
I picked these up for urgent situations when immediate medical attention may not be available. They are indispensable whether you're engaged in outdoor activities like hiking and camping, or preparing an emergency kit for your bugout bag. These suture bandages are essentially designed to keep your injury sealed until you can reach a medical professional. The bandages come with adjustable zip ties, allowing me to control the pressure needed to keep a wound closed.I appreciate that this kit comes with 6 alcohol prep pads and 8 swab sticks for wound cleansing, along with four zip tie bandages. These can serve as a temporary last resort solution for your wound in a survival scenario when medical professionals are not available. While I have thankfully not needed these (yet) the kit seems to be made very well and I would trust these in an emergency to get the job done. Overall, these are a nice addition to any medical bag and could prove to be vital in certain scenarios, I highly recommend them.

Stitchless sutures with tighteners
The media could not be loaded. Adding this to the home first aid box. Our family has had enough serious cuts that I know it’s better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.Similar to a steri strip in that it aids and holds wound closure. However, this has a unique design that includes 2 plastic zip tighteners across the center. It’s very simple to use, after cleaning the wound, just remove the paper to expose the sticky side and place around the wound. There’s also sterile paper on the upper side, so remove that as well, and then pull the four tighteners to close the wound. I also like that those extra strips Can be removed from dangling by twisting until they break. That keeps everything very clean and free from agitation. So I keep Steri-Strips on hand for this sort of thing, but clearly the zip tighteners take it to the next level. Like I said, a great addition to any first aid kit.Thank you for reading and I hope you find this review and the pictures helpful in making a purchasing decision.

A must have for first aid kits that cater toward children and elders.
Hello friends, I selected this pack of four laceration repair stitch wound bandages for a first aid kit. These are seriously cool bandages. This should be included in any first aid kit available. They're easy to use and help you help someone who needs to get their wound closed until they can get medical care in an ER. The kit comes with six alcohol pads. I recommend keeping iodine in your first aid kit for open wounds. Alcohol and hydrogen peroxide can damage the wound. There are also eight swabsticks for cleansing the wound before tying it together. I think they're particularly good for a first aid kit where children or seniors are involved. They are the most adventurous and require the most stitches out of all of us. Really like this product. Great idea.
