Being American, I love a good ice tea, but find making it by first brewing it with kettle a bit cumbersome (the only glass pitcher I have is a litre, so making a bigger batch of tea involves brewing, steeping, cooling, transfer to a plastic jug, repeat). I'd never tried cold brewing before, but thought I'd give it a go. This jug is pretty close to ideal. The jug itself is a huge Mason jar. The strainer is brilliant: the mesh is tight, so it works for finely ground loose tea and the size is big enough to use bags. My only (very minor) quibble is the plastic handle feels a bit flimsy on the sturdy glass, but so far, there's been no issue. Overall, I still think it's a fab buy. Comes with a cleaning brush, too.

I really like this item, it does what it says on the tin and produces lovely cold brew coffee.I did brew for longer than suggested to get a bit of a stronger brew.When I first tried this jug I was a bit concerned that the plastic handle would not be strong enough, it is a large jar and heavy when full, but I haven’t had any issues yet, a little support under the jar when full can’t hurt though!

Unlike my last one the filter goes all the way to the bottom for maximum immersion and it's capacity is great. Just about fits in fridge door

The whole thing is solid and works fine. Its just simply not a fine enough filter for doing cold brew. The brew its self is ok, its just got a lot of fines in which obviously will change the flavour over a short period and the end drink is wasted since that has all the fines in it. Might try to find a better filter as I dont want to re-filter every time i make a batch or put paper in the existing filter. Overall a good buy but may end up having to modify or change the filter

Exactly what I wanted, I’ve used it plenty of times now to brew cold brew coffee and works perfect, fits in the fridge great too

Brilliant for my ice coffee

I really like this pitcher, the borosilicate glass is impressively sturdy and has a substantial feel to it, which assures me that it is durable. The stainless steel filter is large and finely meshed, perfect for a variety of drinks, such as iced tea and juices, not just cold brew coffee.I love how the size of the jar allows me to make several cups at once, which is great for when I have friends over. Cleaning is usually a hassle with such items, but the wide mouth of this jar makes it a breeze. Plus, the included cleaning brush is a thoughtful touch that really does make the cleanup process awesome. It's a quality piece that's quickly become a staple in my kitchen.

After breaking my old cold brew jug I needed a replacement and this was a great choice. Had to get use to the lid filter combo but now I love it. Only downside which is no big deal is that the handle doesn't feel strong when the jug is full, but saying that no issues so far and the filter is very easy to empty and clean 👍

Der zubereitete Eiskaffe schmeckte nicht besonders gut ( was an mir liegen kann ), allerdings lässt der Filter auch Kaffeesatz mit durchlaufen - was wohl nicht sein soll.
