What are the strengths of each band? It doesn’t seem to say anywhere in description?

They are standard strengths for colours yellow light etc

What strength are they?

From what I remember the blue band is 30-80kg resistance for body weight 90kg+

I couldn't find the resistance reference on their website, but the pink is the lightest in their therapy bands. I use these for pilates and shoulder exercises, it is quite light in terms if resistance. I have the magenta as well and there is a big difference between the two.
