This is UBIQUINONE not UBIQUINOL. Prepare for science...
From what I understand (and please do your own research as I am not a physician!) - there is a difference between UbiquinONE and UbiquinOL. This is the former. It appears to be generally recommended that the LATTER is used if you're older, as it's easier for the body to absorb. But I also read a few anecdotal (non evidenced, people's experiences) reports that the OL resulted in more of an upset stomach.I've also read information that the body requires both of these forms and changes them based on which is required. I believe there is only one electron difference between the two. So it doesn't seem quite as clear which one of these (both considered true forms of CoQ10) is actually better - and for who.Although I have always been more impressed by the OL, after further reading due to receiving this supplement, I might be leaning more toward taking a little more of the ONE version.£40 for 4 months supply. No nasty fillers. The label also appears to have the Vegan symbol on it.I would strongly recommend that you really research CoQ10 in the different forms, and experiences before deciding which is right for you. But this certainly seems a good supplement of the ONE format.Five stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍I hope you found this review helpful.

Good-quality ingredients
This CoQ10 capsule is beneficial for immune support. The bottle contains 120 capsules, each containing a potent 200mg dose, which provides a four-month supply. This ensures that you won't have to reorder frequently, making it a cost-effective option for long-term immune support. It is ideal for those who prefer convenience, as the recommended is just one capsule per day.Another highlight feature of this CoQ10 capsule is its advanced formulation that includes BioPerine. Derived from natural black pepper extract, BioPerine has been scientifically proven to enhance the bioavailability of CoQ10. This means that your body can absorb and utilize the CoQ10 more effectively, maximizing its potential benefits. It's reassuring to know that this supplement is backed by research-supported ingredients. And to cater to a wide range of dietary needs, the CoQ10 capsule is crafted from naturally fermented corn. This ensures a natural and reliable source of CoQ10 without any unnecessary fillers or additives. The capsules themselves are made from vegetable cellulose, making them suitable for vegetarians and vegans alike.Overall, it is worth a try. Just make sure to do your research or consult an expert before purchasing.

good absorption
Having added BioPerine to maximize absorption is highly appreciated since too many supplements including CoQ10 need additional purchases to ensure effectiveness. The capsules are very easy to take as you only need 1 a day and will last you 4 months.CoQ10 is an antioxidant that helps to convert food into useable energy, naturally produced by the body but can be beneficial to try out if your metabolism has slowed down and is causing weight gain and/or if eating is not providing sufficient energy throughout the day. These are especially beneficial to take as we age to promote healthy metabolism, help with high blood pressure and cardiovascular health. They are quite pricey but that's what I would expect from naturally sourced, high purity and lab tested supplements to ensure there are no heavy metals, chemicals or pesticides.

Premium quality and high intake of CQ10
I have been taking CQ10 for a long while due to its incredible benefits for my brain, cognitive processes and energy levels. My last supplement only delivered 100 mg of the coenzyme, while Source of Nature has an impressive intake of 200 mg per one capsule serving. As I approach my 40s, I am becoming more discerning regarding my supplements; it is not necessarily my age but also my experience and a desire to offer my body only the purest ingredients. Source of Nature (trademark) offers high-quality supplements, which gives me the confidence to order them. Currently, the CQ10 product has fallen within the same premium quality framework. I am happy to continue taking the CQ10.

Very Good
Great product. It certainly helps to increase energy production from food. I take it o a daily basis and as soon as I take it I can feel a difference with how I feel. My energy levels increase. It also has prolific heart protection qualities and I take it due to a family history of heart-related issues.Overall within an hour of taking this product, you will feel a difference in energy levels. I am very happy to recommend it as a great tonic and antioxidant.

Expensive, naturally fermented
Naturally fermented CoQ10 is expensive and this is true to form. That said, I can't find a reference to the to a difference in effectiveness of naturally fermented compared to synthetically produced. This has BioPerine (black pepper to aid absorbtion. CoQ10 is another supplement with mixed research studies. It is thought to aid cell mitochondria.

Great value and high strength too
The green plastic tub is almost full of capsules (so many others have wasted space) and with 120 inside at 1 a day, are great value, especially as they're also a high dose. The capsules are small and I couldn't smell or taste anything when swallowing. They are quite an egg-yolk yellow colour, which I'm assuming is also from the piperine (active ingredient in pepper which helps with absorption), and are vegan too.
