Not only that, but this is a much needed upgrade with the push button on the back to save battery life and not deal with the hassle of taking out the batteries all the time to zero in different optics. It's NEVER going to be an absolute perfect zero, but it will help you get really close to make those final fine tune adjustments to get that optimal zero with real brass. If you have a range finder, it's great to find whatever zero you want and use the boresight laser at night since it's MUCH easier to see in darker areas. Great product for such a low price! Will save you a good chunk of money on ammo to help hone in on your zero. Highly recommend!GREAT TIP: Some of these boresighters come in with an unfortunate "canted" laser point. So if you want to see how accurate yours is, take an electric drill and very softly put your boresighter in it and spin the laser to see how wobbly it is. If it's too wobbly or not straight enough, let the manufacturer know and they'll likely send you another one that should be at least much better. All products will never always be perfect.

Works indoors in subdued light. Don't take it to an outside range because you won't see the dot.

They all seem to behave differently in how they operate, and what makes this one different is that it has an on/off button and the extractor likes to grab onto this like it's an actual round, which makes removal very easy. I insert the laser into the chamber with it off and then closing the bolt onto it, not slamming it, activates the dot with a gentle press rather than having it clicked on. Then the pulling the charging handle extracts and flings it out. An even more gentle walking closed of the bolt can keep it deactivated to where pressing the forward assist activates it when ready, which is my preferred method.

I had high hopes for this as I recently purchased a few new 9mm’s. My first impression was it looked great and has the on off switch I was looking for. Once I put it inside the chamber, it fit loosely 🫤. There’s no way this can be accurate if it fits loosely in a handgun. If you turn the gun upside down or sideways you can hear it rattle around. If you have a red dot, I use the circle with dot on my 507k, the laser moves from one side of the circle to the other at a really short distance. I hope it’s just this one that I received but I can’t honestly imagine that there would be much variances in the size from one to the next with this brand. Very disappointed with this product.

I bought this laser to get a rough bore sight at home so I could finish sighting in my rifle at the range, after I finished using it, I realized that the button on the back will click so that you can toggle the laser on or off! I thought it was just a momentary switch, but I'm glad I was wrong!

Just remember to remove batteries when done other than that seems to work ok
