I've been taking Probase brand of Spermidine for over 2 months now but unfortunately, I can't tell if it's actually doing anything, but this is true for many other supplements where either there's very little improvement or perhaps it takes much longer to notice any difference and for others, perhaps it just keeps your body in balance and so as to not get worse. That said, at lease it hasn't caused any adverse effects nor stomach discomfort so I'm okay with continued use for perhaps up to 6 months or a year before I may consider stopping should there be no noticeable improvement that I can see.Size wise, these capsules are medium sized and relatively easy to swallow with a glass of water.

I do all I can to take care of my body as I am aging, including cutting out alcohol, exercising more, and taking supplements like Probase’s Spermidine. There are so many proven benefits and this Spermidine states that it is 100x more potent. With scientific studies showing an increase in mortality and morbidity I have confidence this is the right choice for me. It is less than $10 per month if taking it once a day or $20 per month if using twice a day (my choice is 2x) and is very reasonably priced for the benefits. It is 3rd party tested although they don’t state where it is manufactured, which I wish they would tell us. For that reason I took off one star. Another thing that is a bit strange to me is that the bottle says to store in a cool dark place and yet the bottle is clear. It is my experience that when a drug or supplement is light sensitive that the bottle is typically not translucent. Just an odd thing to me but not enough that I would not use the product. Perhaps in later productions if the product is light sensitive the company will change the bottle.

This is a great spermidine supplement. I especially like that its 3rd party tested, although if this is the case they should really publish the lab results publicly.The 10mg per capsule dosage is good, and I like that there are 120 capsules per bottle so you can titrate your dose up as needed. I personally take 20mg per day.As far as benefits, I haven't noticed anything after a couple months of taking spermidine. The research seems promising, but recent studies haven't shown significant effects from spermidine supplementation - so I consider this a more experimental supplement and not something I would recommend for everyone.Overall - high quality, and supposedly 3rd party lab tested spermidine. But they should share the lab results.

They lied about the dosage. It says 10 mg per capsule and 120 doses, but it’s actually 5 mg per capsule and only 60 doses. I’m attaching pictures.
