The media could not be loaded. After struggling with our old juicer which was a centrifugal type juicer, this would get out of balance easily and would vibrate like crazy, even when unplugged, this one is a dream to use. I like the system where it separates the juice from the pulp and you don't need to stop to clean the bowl out. Works great with all hard fruit and vegetables. The large 3" feeder tube is also a big plus as it saves time not having to chop the fruit and vegies into small pieces.

As soon as you get this, you know it's a good quality product, it's easy to install, makes very little noise when using it, it squeezes the juice very quickly, and it separates the juice from the useless residue and squeezes it out. The juice has no mixture and is easy to clean up after use, which is another plus, I love it, five stars!

Easy to assemble and aDisassemble for cleaning. And works really well!

Unit worked ok, however I did have a problem with it, and after reaching out to the manufacturer, they made sure the machine wasn’t working and sent a new one as replacement, if you buy one of these units make sure whatever you are juicing is cut in as smaller as possible pieces, I guess that might help with the juicing.

So glad I purchased this unit as a replacement to my old spinner-type Braville. It's quieter (still a bit noisy), neater (my old one spun liquid through the cracks), easier to clean, and the remains are much dryer (which means more juice). It's easy to take apart and reassemble. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. I've had it a few weeks now and have used it almost daily.

I used this for the first time today. I have mixed reviews. It's really quite loud, making a loud low pitched squealing noise.When it decides to reverse It's self, sometimes it actually tips over.Otherwise it juices pretty thoroughly and I'm getting a great liquid yeald from it.

This Juice works great but when I broke the Plastic Pusher and the end cap it was replaced at no expense.Wasn't expecting that.Thanks Amzchef

I really like that this extractor removed all of the juice from my vegetables and fruit, I didn't like that the pieces of fruit and vegetables had to be cut into such small pieces to fit in the chute.
