Been using these for years. combats stuffiness quite well. Just snort and blow, you'll sleep as well as with the nasal strips...

My favorite nasal spray
I've tried several nasal sprays and this is my favorite. The others I have tried are too harsh - maybe too much salt. I've been using this for years and I'm glad I found it here on Amazon. If you're new to this product, be aware that you have to push down when you first use it because there is a little plastic connection that you have to break. I thought it was defective when I first used this.Saline nasal spray helps keep my sinuses clear and inside my nostrils clean.
