What am I doing wrong? The foam rocket does not stay on, goes up as soon as I turn water on.

Connect the target section to the base by screwing the two together then press firmly to lock clips into place. Then snap on the launch pipe. And attach your garden hose (be sure to unscrew the quick-connect adapter first if you are using a standard garden hose). TO BLAST OFF: 1) Make sure white clips at base are clipped in. 2) Set targets to 90 degrees; 3) Press down on launch pipe until it clicks into place; 4) Load rocket onto launch pipe. Turn on the water & sprinkler will start. Knock down all 3 targets to launch the rocket! You can play again and again - to reset, follow steps 1-4 above.
