This set is high quality and gorgeous for the price! Any comparable set would be triple this price. First off, it did arrive in two boxes and like another reviewer said, one box comes from Amazon and the other came from FedEx. They arrived a day apart. Something to keep in mind. Also, I agree with using a power drill . This saved a substantial amount of assembly time. I assembled this myself in only 5 hours and the instructions were comprehensive and very easy to follow. The set was boxed nicely and there were no missing parts. Cushions are plush and the covers are durable and of nice quality. It even includes a cover for the entire set for off season. I’m not sure about any of the poor reviews on this set because I will promise you won’t be sorry if you purchase this set! I found nothing I would change with this set for the price. Very very pleased with my purchase.

I was a little hesitant about an online purchase on an item like this, I'm a hands on type shopper usually but I was not disappointed with this purchase. yes as most of the reviews stated it is a challenge to assemble for the mechanically challenged, it took me the better part of three hours to assemble. The set comes in two boxes and by the size of them it looks like your would be waiting for a third. once it is assembled you'll agree it was well worth the purchase. As I unpacked the boxes I noticed that I was missing the little letter decals on many of the pieces or they had fallen off, so my suggestion is to unpack all pieces and go thru the first pages of instructions and inventory all parts and make a calculated guess at any unlabeled ones and mark with what letter you think they may be, mark the bags of screws with the letter assigned in instructions as well as separate the bag of washers and nuts and label also. the instructions show the components by their skeleton but do not indicate which side the rattan is on, I got the first 3-4 pieces put together and realized that I had one piece upside-down after I had reassembled correctly I knew what to look for, the left and right sofas are identical but mirror images of each other. another piece of advice is only finger tight until each unit is fully assembled then you can square up and tighten fully there are a couple of hidden bolts don't forget them. if you have access to a 5mm ball end Allen wrench it will come in handy, they do supply tools needed but remember they are freebies and will work but a ball ended Allen makes it a lot easier. the seat cushions come in a vacuum sealed bags and will be quite flat when you put them in the covers but rest assured they do puff up to normal after a couple of days. The storage box seems quite roomy it just fits all the cushions and nothing else. All in all this is a very nice value packed and priced unit if you have the patience to put it together it is worth it very comfortable and have received many compliments. Great customer service lightning quick response time.

It’s taken the 2 of us about 8 hours to put this set together but it’s because it’s very sturdy. The most time came from screwing everything together and not having the benefit of an electric tool, but the set is totally worth the time and effort! I absolutely love the large compartment for the seat cushions to be put away when not in use. The compartment has a zippered bag that is Velcro to the edges of the compartment to keep your cushions and pillows neat and clean, when not in use. One issue we have are the hinges to hold the top open while putting the cushions away; we couldn’t figure those out. The instructions were easy to follow and there was plenty of everything to complete the assembly. We had put everything away in the pic; we have large dogs 😜

Very happy with the look and it seems to be solid. Building it is a long tedious project. Also back cushions are a bit short and too soft. Love the big storage container - holds all the cushions.

It took a bit to put together and it is very sturdy. I love the look and it is very comfortable. We have a big storm and the cushion storage script blew up and the zipper section kept everything dry! I really love this item and would buy it again.

I love the final look of this set, but it was the most time consuming piece of furniture I have ever put together. A trick for assembly: if you are alone, you can use the box it came in as the perfect height for the 2 person assembly part. Was so much easier on the second one I did.

Looks great, easy to clean, and the seat cushions are a good thickness. They hold shape well. Covers are removable to wash. They also have a nonslip grip on the bottom which is a huge plus. The storage bin for the cushions has a waterproof liner you can zip up to keep them dry and secure. The set also comes with a waterproof cover. I'd suggest some type of weight to hold the cover down if there is heavy wind. This is a great set, and checked all the boxes for us!
