I love using these bags for storing candy and other products when I’m giving them out to friends and family. I think that they close well, but I don’t think that they are airtight because the smell is not fully covered whenever I have them in the bags I will say that the bags are pretty durable though and they are a good size if you close them properly for the most part, they do seal pretty well.

I bought these to package “extras” to go along with 3D printing item orders, they are really pretty and great quality. The price was decent. Definitely go a size up from what you are thinking because you lose some packing space from the sealed edges. The zipper closure seals really well also.
