It does have the "ghee" taste in it. Tastes good. You can have it without mixing with anything if you want to.

Over priced, over hyped Jersey cow milk
Quality has deteriorated over time. I wouldn't pay this much money for Jersey cow (non A2, Non Gir milk) which is further skimmed to 3.2% fat. It's like fleecing people.

The quality of the milk was very good. It has proper thickness and proper amount of cream. They say 24 Hours perishable it remains good beyond that. Definitely worth the price.
