Birds Love It
I bought this to mix in with my homemade birdseed mix. The birds seem to really like it, so I am pleased about that. I would say the price point for the amount I received is a good value.

Bird tested, bird approved.
I use this as part of my home made mix for the Mourning Doves, House Sparrows and House Wrens.

Clean quality seed
I have bought this millet a number of times for the winter birds and the Painted Buntings in summer. It is always very clean. Note it comes in a zip lock bag and the last few times that bag was shipped in a box. A couple of times the zip bag was shipped tightly in Amazon plastic bag. Once I did not have the zip bag facing up when I opened the shipping bag and had almost 10lbs of millet all over the laundry room. So take care in opening your shipment.

Good for mycology ;);)
Great grain!! It's good actually. mycelium colonizes it quite well. However it’s not really homogeneous. I.e. not fully millet. It contains something that looks to be hulled sunflower seeds and some stems, not exactly pure millet, but that shouldn’t matter too much. It Is ever so slightly over ten lbs, so they definitely aren’t lying in that ballpark. Birds like it probably, i dunno :)

I got great joy watching the birds flock in to this food when I put it out in the mornings.
My yard birds love this. I put it out every morning and once one bird puts out the email that it is out, every neighborhood bird flocks in. I get great joy from watching them.

Highly recommend
We have Guinea fowl and chickens. We treat them with millet every day. They know they are getting it and run to their coops so they don’t get left out! Have used this for over 2 years with no issues.
