Q: I'm confused as there are no directions but it's suggested to mix with ghee & mct oil. Please could someone explain exactly how best to do this??

Thanks for buying the coffee and for the query. It works very well in a cafetière. I make my daily mid morning brew every day in a cafetière. If you are using ground coffee I make this in a cafetière as follows: 1. Empty kettle and fill with 500 ml water (one of those plastic bottles of water is usually 500ml). The best water to use is Waitrose own or volvic but any filtered water will be ok. 2. Boil kettle and once boiled open lid for 2 minutes - this brings temperature down before pouring over coffee. 3. Pour a little bit of the water in kettle into cafetière and swill around to warm cafetière up. Empty this water. 4. Place 2 heaped tablespoons coffee in cafetière and pour one coffee cup of the kettle water over. Stir 3 times. 5. Wait around 4-5 minutes and then plunge caffetiere. 5. Pour into coffee cup and top with milk if desired if you are having normal coffee. Or blend with one tablespoon mct oil and butter or ghee to make bulletproof coffee. Hope this helps.
