I really like this sugar. Personally, I mix it half a half with Sugar in the Raw and it’s just enough vanilla flavor for me. Just by itself, it’s perfect in place of vanilla flavored liquid creamer. Enjoy!!

I use this on a daily basis to sweeten my hot brewed tea. It's a lot less expensive (and messy) than adding vanilla syrup & it works great. It also has a much better flavor than almost any other vanilla sugar I have tried.

Never heard of this sugar until I starting looking up some baking recipes and to my surprise most of the recipes from Europe call for Vanilla Sugar.Pros: Taste great in the recipes, easy to use just like regular sugar.Cons: A little expensive but well worth the price since you generally use so little.Overall: Love The Stuff.

It’s a decent sugar. I used this for a creme brûlée for both the custard and the brûléed sugar on top. In the custard it really helped add some extra vanilla flavor and was really wonderful (I also used real vanilla bean). For the sugar on top, this was completely gross! It had a chemical-like taste that lingered for a while. For the next batch of desserts I used this for the custard and regular granulated sugar for the topping, and it was soooo much better.The smell of it also had a “chemical-like” odor.Long story short, I bought this because I was too lazy to make my own vanilla sugar. Because this uses vanillin and not whole vanilla beans, it worked, but kind of tasted a little artificial. I will use this for some things until it is gone, but next time I will try to just make my own (until I get lazy again).
