It works!
Firstly I had a healthy scepticism about this actually working, but I can't sing the praises high enough. It works.Negatives: The silicone sticky bits are a faf to apply. They stick to my body hair better than on my skin. Pricey in my opinionPositive: You can keep using the same sticky bit by using a tubular bandage to help hold it in place. Works perfectly on my forearm for tendon damage in my lower hand/wrist.This patch blocks almost all of my pain to my tendon damage. I've tried it on my lower back and it has helped me to fix the tightness in my lower back/hips causing me considerable pain.Be sure to read/watch all the placement advice on the Kailo website.

They just don’t work for me.
This is basically a piece of paper that has had glue painted on in a pattern the gold Christmas sprinkles poured on, or at least that’s what is seems like. I watched all the placement videos and whatever I did I didn’t ever get the warm tingling sensation they write about. It’s supposed to last 3 months, there is no way that’s true, it’s literally paper if it got wet (sweat for instance) that would be it. I tried it for 4 days and gave up and returned the item. I cannot recommend this for pain relief at all and at 40 quid it’s an expensive piece of paper. Try something else.

Really good flexibility
I have used the Kailo patches since they were on the crowd funding website Indiegogo a few years now, but the original patches are not as soft and flexible as this and has made it much more comfortable for my neck and back. My only downside is that it’s not as durable as the original patch and it doesn’t last very long. It is a bit expensive for the time it can be used, but comfort is a big problem and this fits in well. I just wish they could make a new version that is in between the original and this that can last a bit longer than this one but be more flexible. Please 🙏🏻. I advocate for the use of these to my friends and family and some of them are extremely sceptical about things like this and honestly most “ Miracle pain relief products “ and one that doesn’t believe any of them work. She had a very bad pain in her back after travelling. She didn’t even want me to try and find a place that would help her but she gave in and I moved it slowly around above her pain and she suddenly said stop! It’s working and her face was a picture lol. It proves that it does work, but like everything it’s not going to work on everyone but it’s definitely worth try this cheaper version and see if it works for you. I can’t recommend this enough I really can’t, 24 years i have had high pain levels and it doesn’t make it go away it kind blunts the worst of the pain and has been a lifesaver, literally!

No discernible impact
Sadly, I can't say I have noticed any impact from this device. It's like paper with some lines on it. No warmth, no reactions at all that I can discern, and certainly nothing to mitigate my muscle ache issue.

Prefer
I prefer the flexi patch as you can bend it round and it feels more comfortable and seems to work better.I would buy this again and recommend it

Do I have a proper Kailo patch ?
Found the videos rather confusing because the patch shown seemed to the 'Kailo' pattern on each side , whereas the patch received had the pattern on one side with a plain paper backing . So is this a real patch ?When looking for the 'sweet spot' , I've so far had no success , but will stick it on , between the pain area and the brain , and see what happens . I would also just say that I've been forced into a review as there doesn't seem to be any way to contact the vendor for advice . Poor show really !

Works but…
So I got this before deciding to buy the more expensive plastic version because I wasn’t sure the tech was gonna work and this was the cheaper option to try it out. I love the Kailo and I think it works quite well..but it’s expensive for how long this version lasts 2 to 3 months I think? And the big drawback is the adhesive method. I hate it!! I don’t know who came up with the system of how this sticks to your skin but it is HORRIBLE! It’s horrible to change when it loses its stick and really ruins the patch over a very short time. The way you stick it to the patch itself is horrible too. There has got to be a better way! I’ve purchased the other plastic Kailo with hopes it would be better but it’s also a really bad mode of adhesion on that too. But.. the patch does work! It helps my pain a lot, but I hate dealing with sticking it and changing the sticker that it puts me off using it
