In the spirit of breaking taboos around talking about our bum health - I'm here to say that this stuff is great. I have a very stubborn gut, the moment I have a hormonal shift or I go travelling it decides to go on strike. When things start moving along again I can get into a spot of bother with inflammation and at worst, piles! This stuff helps so much. It's not too slimy, and has a very refreshing and soothing feel. Smells great! I sometimes use it as emergency hygiene on some TP if I'm not able to bathe right afterwards. I wouldn't recommend using it on bits it's not meant for, but I feel like if there is any migration of the product around the undercarriage, it's all natural and not going to upset your microbiome like a strong medication would - it hasn't upset mine and she's also a diva! 10/10 will order again when I need it but a little pot goes a long way!

Lovely, pleasant, moisturing cream, definitely eased the pain of haemorrhoids.

Seems to be doing intended job. Only very small pot . A little goes a long way however. It has a Vaseline type consistency: seems to be working

I like to use a non medicated product and these is good for me. I do not have serious issues with haemorrhoids so it’s fine.

It also had no security seal: No tape securing the box lid, or on the screw top of the jar. I was expecting to see fingers prints in the ointment, but I was relieved to find none. I ordered the Witch Hazel and the Turmeric & Yarrow. Both claim to be for the same purpose (hemorrhoids) and I could not chose between the two. Visually, they both appear the same. The witch hazel has a more pleasing smell, although I find it difficult to explain. These were both applied on different nights and both soothed the pain and most importantly, stopped the itching. If I had to chose between the two, I would opt for the witch hazel, but only because I preferred the smell. They also look smart in the bathroom. This product has a best before of 04/2024, or 18 months after opening. At the time of this review, the tiny tub was £9.99, which I think is too much, therefore I have dropped it a star.
