Very comfortable from the start
Very comfortable from the very first day, these boots broke in quickly and my feet never got sore during the break-in period. I really like the bigger toe box on these, most tactical boots I have tried have a smaller toe box and rub the top of my toes the first few weeks causing extreme pain until they are broken in, the larger toe box on these made it so this was not an issue. The materials these boots are made out of seem a little lighter and less quality than the other boots I have used over the past few decades, but at the price point I wasn't expecting top of the line materials. I'll see how well they hold up over regular use, and update my review if there are issues with the quality that affects the life of the boot.Overall, for the price point, they are much better than I expected. Hoping they work out well and last a while.

Great Product. Very comfortable.
I received these boots a few days ago. The boots looks great. I have a pair of Columbia hiking shoes which have lasted a really long time. I have wanted a pair of these Military Tactical Work Boots for a long time and have tried on several pairs before purchasing these. I am an outdoors kind of guy and anytime I purchase shoes, I usually go for the purposes behind the shoe not necessarily the looks . With this pair of NORTIV 8 Men's Military Tactical Work Boots, I'm looking very much far into the future and will be getting my wife a pair as well. I bought a 9.5 wide and after inspecting the shoe, the quality looks superb. This shoe may not be for everyone, but so far I am really pleased with this purchase. My wife had gotten a pair of Dr. Scholls Work Massaging Gel Advance Foam Insoles for them and it made the shoes nice and snug, but not over the top. In my opinion, I believe we should have at least 2 great pair of comfortable hiking / Tactical Work Boots that will last just in case we have to get up and up and leave / evacuate in an emergency. In my opinion these days, everyone should look towards the future to what it may or may not bring.

not a true wide
I got a pair, they seem to be a mid quality boot. have a good arch support. and the laces and zipper feel sturdy. I'm going to be returning them, because the wide option isn't actually a wide. These boots would work well for someone with a narrow foot.

Nice for the price
The boots are light and comfortable. They tend to run a little small. I usually wear 8.5 in men's but had to return them for 9's and they fit good. I like the side zipper access for quick deployment while camping. But these are harder to put on than other brands I have owned with zippers. The zipper is angled and the webbing behind the zipper is way too tight. So much that you cannot get your foot in it with just the zipper open. You also have to loosen the laces also. That kind of defeats the purpose of the zipper access. The webbing does not stretch far enough for you to get your foot in so I had to cut part of the webbing out to make it possible to slip your foot in and it is still very difficult. Other than that, they are lightweight and protect your feet very well after you waterproof them.

Awesome Boots
I've been wearing these boots daily for about 2 1/2 years now. I have worked in them, hiked in them, and just worn them as my general footwear nonstop. For the price they can't be beat. Mine are pretty worn and scuffed by this point and they're STILL incredibly comfortable boots. They seem waterproof, I honestly don't know if they're advertised as such but it's never been a problem for me. They do get marked up pretty easy if you wear them regularly but they're very comfortable all day. As for aesthetically, they give that combat boot appearance without being high top boots. Seem to support the ankle well. No problems with the zipper or velcro. My right boot has a tear in the inside in the back but it causes me no problems. Been there a while, so be warned about that possibility but I don't baby them at all, I'm quite rough with them and don't untie them to take them off. I just unzip and slip them right off so it's bound to happen from the friction. You'll probably be fine if you're not as lazy as I am lol. By this point the insole is a bit warn and they're not as comfortable to wear all day as they once were, but really not by much. They're still surprisingly comfortable after almost 3 years of daily wear, and a new insole would solve that. Either way, the boots themselves are a great price and as long as they keep making them I'll never wear another boot.

Comfortable well made work boot
I've worn these daily for a few months. They are quite comfortable and have adequate support for arches. The tongue is a bit short and if you want to use the zippers you'll need a shoehorn. But all in all they are a great boot.
