Very durable, quality material. I was able to fit my medication pen and a small vial of medication, plus syringes, alcohol wipes inside. Also stored pen needles in the cap. My medication stayed cool as intended. It also comes with an extra insert that you can fill with water and freeze. Functional and a great value.

LOVE this tool for taking care of diabetes meds. Took it to Europe this summer and it kept insulin cool for the entire travel day plus. The white plastic emergency insert is less than useful, however, unless you have access to ice cold water. Excellent quality and value for the money. I wouldn't travel without it!

Great for travel and keeping meds cold. I have taken this through TSA with no issues, they generally check to make sure the cold pack is frozen and let it through. It keeps meds cold for over 24 hours.

Keeps the insulin cold for a ling time. It came without the ice pack so that's why I gave it only 4 stars.

This keeps my husband's meds cool while traveling from one side of the country to another with hours to spare. It is still cold 2 days later.

I bought this for my Ozempic pen which needs to stay cold. The pen fits fine and the construction of the bottle is really nice. I used it for my trip from Dallas to Tokyo Japan. I'm sure it works great for short trips, but not long flights. Between the trip to the airport and arriving to Tokyo, my pen was encapsulated for around 17 hours. It was not cold unfortunately. I even froze the bottle before packing my pen in the bottle. Maybe there is a bottle out there that can keep it cold for 24 hours, but this one does not.

This is a little bulky, but kept my insulin cool from Oklahoma to Italy, with time to spare. Flight was delayed, but all was well. Holds 3 pens, with 8 needles in the lid.

Great size for 1 biologics injection when travelling to keep cool until I can store again in fridge.
