this comb is good for doing partitions on your hair or combing it not so much for assisting you cutting with clippers is a bit too big for that and your lines will not be straight (I'm cutting a mans hair specifically by the neck area) as the comb is a bit too big and thick.. good quality though. if you need a comb to assist you cutting hair with clippers I suggest you look for one that is slim and small. that beign said I'm no professional so .. that's that..lol I'm used to the smaller and thin combs for this type of task.
