This back brace is wonderful. It offers great support and really helps correct your posture. The first time I put it on there was such a noticeable difference. I had no lower back pain and my posture was greatly improved. I will say that the first time you put it on is a little tricky but it's all velcro so you can just place the velcro strips where you want them for future use. I totally recommend this product 100%.

Provides good support & adjustability.

I sit in a chair for most of my day. At work I am always at a computer, and I find myself in a chair at home quite a bit. I have tried ergonomic chairs which have helped improve my comfort, but my posture could definitely use a bit of correcting. I got this back brace/posture corrector to see if it would help me sit a bit straighter and to hopefully reduce some back pain while sitting at work. To get straight to it, it definitely does both. It is hard to have bad posture when wearing this, and it becomes more and more comfortably to sit straight over time.That being said, it also relies on a number of straps that go around your midsection and secure in the front. If you get the right size, the straps shouldn't overlap too much, which will help reduce protrusion of the brace through your clothing, but it could potentially cause some discomfort in your stomach or lungs if you wear it too tight. I've found there is a good medium which will help you keep your posture without the stomach discomfort, but it may take some time to find the right spot for you. Some other posture correcting devices that I've seen rely more on the shoulders for aiding in the pressure against your back. I wish this one had more attention on the shoulder and less on the stomach.Overall, I do think that this device works for it's purpose, and it can be made to be quite comfortable with some adjustment over time. I'd definitely recommend it if you're trying to wear a posture corrector or brace under your clothing without it being visible.

Returned item. Shoulder straps are way too loose and do not help shoulders.

It don't help when your hot and sweating, it does make it worse but I does relieve some of the pain. Easy to put on.

I received this today and was so happy as I have issues with my back and neck. This is a used product, I ordered new. No directions on how toplace the straps. I am not happy about the used product and no directions.

Wearing this felt and looked a lot like a gun holster vest and a corset in one. But it actually was very comfortable to wear. All of the straps were adjustable so that it molds to your body. The material was thick but has structure and flexibility. There are some stiff rods or something that helps keep your back and sides straight. I still had some flexibility to bend my back a bit so that it wasn’t so stiff. It kept me from slouching too much. I wear a lot of black so this kind of became a part of my outfit like an under bust corset. I work bent over all day because I’m a nail tech so this actually helped a lot with my back pain. The other techs at my salon also want it now, too.

Esta faja está hecha de buen material, aún y apretada el Velcro resiste bien al estiramiento y se ajusta, le pondría 5 estrellas pero no es tan sencillo usarla ya que los ajustes que van por el pecho suelen recorrerse entonces hay que sujetarlos bien a la hora de ponérsela, si tienes espalda u hombros anchos la talla L te quedará ajustada pero hace su trabajo

Compré esta faja de postura ya que pasó mucho tiempo sentando y me parece que cumple con su propósito perfectamente. Incluso la estoy utilizando en el gimnasio y me está sirviendo de maravilla. Eso si, hay que asegurarse de elegir la talla correcta. Lo recomiendo.
