What is the best ways to heat this up please??

I generally add it to my stir fries. Cook your meat/veg as normal and then just add the quantity required to the pan and warm it up - it's a very sweet sauce, so don't drown your food in it, I basically just glaze my food in it, rather than have a lot sloshing around the pan. It's cooked and ready to use as it is, so you could use it cold as a dip for prawn crackers or whatever if you so wish.

Is this product suitable for vegetarians

Although I am not vegetarian, I am not aware that this product is anything but a vegetarian product, I am however very pleased with my purchase. Jim Stokes.

Do i need to cook it before i using?

You can put it straight from the container into your stir fry but it will need to be cooked through to warm it up and flavour your food
