Really easy, straightforward and quick. Instructions are provided and are clear, theres a video too. Labs are in spain so factor in a few days for the post to get there but besides that very prompt service for a range of birds (not jut parrots)

We wanted to do a DNA test on our cockatiel as we suspected that he was actually a she, and so we purchased the DNA testing kit. This was a really simple process. Stil no results? It’s been three weeks! I will choose a Uk lab next time as this is crazy! Disappointed
