I wear these mostly on bench wen I go heavy, but can be useful for a variety of other exercises, good for keeping hands sturdy and free from snap town, easy to put on and highly elastic. recommend these for serious gym goers who want a little support

Great quality product. Offers real support when lifting heavy. I was very pleased with the price and quality of the two sleeves.

Support on heavy compound exercises but they are fairly long and can be a pain to wrap yourself.

Have had elbow problems for years. This has negatively impacted my ability to work out effectively. These straps reduce the pain drastically, helping me to be able to work out more effectively. Great product. Only issue is remembering to wrap the right way round so to ensure the velcro fastening is able to be fitted. Wrapping takes around a minute per arm.

Excellent quality and prompt delivery

I suffer with bad tennis/golfers elbow. After using these I get no pain during workout. They're comfortable and support your elbows great. Thats my exp so far. Very good.

This elbow sleeve is far too long!! It’s 180cm long.....that’s 1.8m....FOR AN ELBOW SLEEVE!! I’m a gym head. My biceps measure 19” and my forearms measure 15” and I found it far too long. You have to keep trying and trying to get the right placement around your elbow, and you have to remember which way to wrap it around your arm because of the Velcro finish, and if you’ve wrapped it perfectly but you’ve wrapped it the wrong way around you have to unwrap it and start again!! Too much hassle for me. Sorry, it’s not worth the effort.Just saying.
