The product arrived in perfect conditions, well packed, all the accessories as described. The user guide is difficult to follow do to the poor translation used, however it was armed and ready, plugged it in set it on and worked just great, my daughter loved it, used it for about 3 minutes and besides de high pitch sound it makes, worked great, but after those minutes the device will simply stop working, the sound went off and the heating cable too.. Reassembled it with new cable but nothing, it will not work at all, so if you are thinking on getting one and believing this will not happen to you well is your choice, but I'm pretty sure it will happen.. So, save some money and stay away from this device..

I have literally used this item 3 times since I purchased it and now it does not work. There should be some type of warranty, highly disappointed with the quality of this product.

Easy to used and works very good

I needed this to cut a smooth edge for my craft bows. This item was not it as it quite working after 2 uses. I hear this has happen to many. Don’t waste your money.
