Mopping issue
Vacuuming is fine. But mopping leaves marks and lines on the floor. Also seeing scratches appear on vitrified tiles. In the process of returning.

Mopping doesn't work
The media could not be loaded. Inspite of service done at their Banglore office, for some reason it's mopping failed to work. I have seen its mopping worked for a month post purchase date.Most important point to be noted here, they stopped responding to my complain.After sales service is highly deplorable.

Misleading product does not work well
This is a piece of junk which I purchased does not work as instructed. Its mopping mechanism is not functional since the time of purchase and moreover the service is so bad - they recalled the product for check up and replacement and after several months of keeping the product at their workshop they sent back the same product with the issues unresolved - please don't go for this brand it's a scam and a looting scheme.
