I bought this because when we locked the door, we couldn't remember a few hours later if we locked it. So I thought this, would be good idea lock the door, slide over to closed done. So when I got to bed I look down the stairs to check ✅. As we are OAP the stairs getting harder to walk up at night, this I thought would make life easier. So far it does work, and in the winter the stairs are a coldest place in the house, and the thought of going down and up the stairs 🥶🥶
