This humidor is actually constructed much better than I expected. Very nice wood material, hardware, etc. The accessories that came with it are on the cheaper side but they do the job. Very nice starter humidor and would definitely recommend.

I just can’t believe I can spend $80 on something the makers won’t tell me how to use. I’ve seen others that say you have to stabilize or prepare it before use but this one doesn’t come with any instructions on how to do that. Is it so hard to help out your customers?

The media could not be loaded. I am very impressed with this Ann Bully humidor. To start with, I love the rich red cherrywood finish. The Spanish Cedar on the inside really has that strong cedar smell (I love it!).In my opinion, the many features this humidor has, puts this Ann Bully unit up there with the very expensive humidor boxes.I have a very expensive humidor (A gift from my best friend... and I won't say the manufactures name, but they are very well known by aficionados), and currently this Ann Bully is right up there with it on my list of favorites.From the tempered glass window for display, the brass hinges and hardware, to the flannel lined bottom of the drawer as well as the bottom side of the box... this humidor has it all.I really like the tray which gives a dual level for the separation of my sticks, this allows proper circulation. I can easily get 20 cigars of 50+ ring size cigars in the top tray. The bottom tray will also accommodate 11-15 more sticks. This quantity will vary depending on my cigars ring size at the time, but that amount is still plenty for this humidor.Oh yah, how could I forget the Digital Hygrometer. This hygrometer kicked in once I removed the plastic tab to start the battery. It has stayed at 71% humidity constantly and without using the included humidifier (we have high humidity in Hawaii).The Humidor also comes with some extra gifts; different style cutters, though I prefer to use my existing (tried and true) cutters and lighters. There is also an included small ashtray for a single cigar (nice touch).This humidor would make any cigar aficionado happy if they received it as a gift!

After properly seasoning this product 3 (1 seasoning is appropriate in treating a new humidor) times the alleged Spanish cedar lining in the humidor does not hold the accurate range desired. A working humidor should read between 69%– 72% humidity after 24 hours of seasoning and should read in the 90’s for the 1st 12 hours. This humidors humidity level temps dropped dramatically and significantly very fast. Unsatisfied customer.

If you read some of the reviews for this product it appears that the reviewers aren't discussing the humidor that is being offered but rather, the inexpensive set of throw in accessories that are included.The humidor itself is quite nice and a good value. Cedar lined and with a removable shelf, you can store your cigar collection safely. A sponge-type humidifier is included as well as instructions for maintaining the right humidity. A digital hygrometer (measures % of relative humidity) in built in to the front and seems pretty accurate. The trick with this is to get the humidity stabilized BEFORE you put the cigars in-- which means waiting a few days as the wood absorbs moisture from the humidifier. You should use distilled water (with no minerals in it) in order to keep the humidifier from clogging over time.Finish is beautiful wood with a warm lacquer patina of some sort and while the hardware is sturdy enough and attractive, I wish it was a bit better.The accessories included are throw ins--but if you aren't an accomplished cigar aficionado just yet, the humidor is a great start and the included tools are things you may choose to eventually upgrade. You can store everything you need for a smoke in the built in drawer and the cigars in the case above.Very nice item and happy with it.
