I am currently trying to complete a whole reading and I am using the one with Arabic text on the opposite page. But this one is very handy and easier to carry around if you just want the English to hand. Beautifully produced. My husband who is an expert in Arabic and Qur’anic studies says this is the best translation he has come across so far. So I would definitely recommend it.

I have read the introduction of the author/translator and it really helps to understand why and how he has translated this work the way that he has. One point he made which really stood out to me is that language and its use and understanding changes over time and so this translation is suitable for an audience of our time but it may not be as useful in the future for example.
