I decided to open a Tea Shop a few months ago and I bought this to use in there, and it has worked so far, getting consistent sweetness in drinks was a real hassle especially during the busy hours of the morning. This has many memory buttons which were easy to use to have a memory, and now I can program exact portions for every drink of my menu.It saved me and my cousin so much time and stress, I was worried about the temperature, but I noticed this has a feature that keeps the syrup flowing smoothly so there is no clogging or delays even during the morning which is the time I get most customers.

I’ve had it 5 months and it stops working randomly. Works well when it wants to but will just shut off and stop working. I flush it out and clean regularly but I have to DEEP clean it and hope it turns on..
