I’ve tried 5 different creatines and they all gave me great results….but Gaspari version is best for me as I had digestion issues with other brands….this brand is truly micronized it’s like a confectioners sugar type consistency….other brands are more grainy and hard to digest

I was surprised to find this for the price and checked the Google reviews and everything. It fully dissolves and has 0…NO taste. You really don’t even need a shaker you can just toss a scoop in a cup and swish it around with some water and swallow it. The same supplement goes for $50 a lot of places! I will purchase this again. Came fast in a sealed can with a scoop and was dry and fresh! Highly recommend!

Gaspari Creatine is a pure white, fluffy powder that dissolves quick and is sugar and taste free.I’ve been using C4 pre workout and either Dymatize or Optimum Nutrition iso powder for years (which ever is on sale).2 months ago, I added Gaspari Creatine 5 grams a day with 40 ounces of water with the C4 before my 90-120 minute lifting sessions, 6-7 days a week.I have not yet noticed any appearance changes but my strength is improving. I’m 6’1” tall, 200 pounds, 36 waist with a 46 inch chest.I expect the Gaspari to take 6+ months to show any real appearance effect in conjunction with high protein, zero sugar, low carb diet and intermittent fasting.If or when I see appearance changes, I’ll report back. Good Creatine that Does what It's Supposed to.
I've been making sure I drink loads of water with this stuff and take it with my post workout protein shakes. I'm about a month in and I've started to make weekly strength gains. The water retention is pretty extreme. I've gained about ten lbs and I've lost my nice stomach, but that might have something to do with all the Halloween candy, also... Be sure not to take too much at one time or you stomach may not like it. My buddy grew an inch on his biceps in a couple months when he started this stuff. Unfortunately I've yet to see any results like that. Haha.
