As expected

I can honestly day these worked for me and losing weight and helping me kick start my new diet. Although I ended up having some muscle lose but I can't say it was from these but once I stopped taking them everything has went back to normal and no pain or soreness. But loved the idea of helping me lose weight. I might have to try them again to see if it'll work for me now I have lost 40lbs and my muscles seem better🤷‍♀️

I started taking berberine to lower my cholesterol because of problems I was having with the statins. Just the berberine was lowering my cholesterol a little. Then I started using turmeric tea in my coffee to try to work on the inflammation in my body. I have lupus, and so that is a chronic problem. When I went to buy more berberine it was very expensive, but then it does have a whole lot more berberine in it, about five times as much as these. Because of the lower price on this I decided to try this, especially because I could stop buying the tea if I was taking all of these supplements in this one pill. It will be a long time before I can test to see if it's making any difference at all in any of those things my cholesterol, my sugars, or anything related to inflammation. But these are a lot more tasty than just the plain Burberry, so it's more pleasant taking them. And it's a lot cheaper, about half. I'll probably try this for a while, check my cholesterol and see what it's doing, and then make a decision on whether I go back to the berberine or continue with this, or do both. At the same time that I started taking these, I stopped taking one of my blood pressure meds, amlodipine, and started taking this, and colloidal silver. I don't know which is doing it, or if stopping the amlodipine is doing it, but I'm a lot stronger than I was before I stopped taking that and started these. Before, I was having trouble rising up on half toe. And that's after a lifetime of toe dancing. Yesterday I got up and thought I could do it now, tried it, and was, indeed, able to go up to have to without holding on to anything and without pulling myself up! Something is definitely working, I'm betting it's a combination of these pills and this colloidal silver.

Very good source of vitamins to control blood sugar and appetite, promote liver function and boosts gut health, then have cinnamon, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Dandelion etc. capsules easy to swallow., really value for the money .

I cannot really give this a great review for I don't see any difference from when I started using these capsules. As time goes on and I am almost through with the bottle, I'll add an update telling how it works or doesn't.

I really like this product and all the additional vitamins in it along with Berberine.
