Enzymedica, Allerase, Non-Drowsy Enzyme Supplement to Help Relieve Seasonal Mucus Buildup, 60 Count

I have been taking this for years. It has always helped curb my allergies. This can be taken in conjunction with any meds since they are just enzymes. THIS MUST BE TAKEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND NO FOOD AFTER FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES. BAD ALLERGIES? If you are having bad allergy problems, make sure to drink at least 64oz+ water per day. Preferably distilled, reverse osmosis with minerals added back. Make sure to check the PH of your water as well. Many people have very acidic water. You need to PH balance your water back to a 7 to make sure you aren't adding more acid to your body. I use potassium bicarbonate to do this. Make sure to test your water so you know consistently how much you need to add. I make a 64oz carafe of water every morning to make sure I get that as a minimum each day. This will significantly reduce allergy symptoms.

This product works great to reduce inflammation and all the woes that accompany it. I am in my third trimester of my third pregnancy and with all my pregnancies have had pre-term contractions because of stomach inflammation, which, in previous pregnancies led to bed rest and hospitalizations. The very first time I took it, the contractions stopped (unprecedented). Now, having been on it for several months, I have been able to reintroduce foods like dairy and some grains that previously caused too much of a reaction. Other family members are successfully taking this product for allergy relief. As part of a comprehensive regimen, this product really accelerates the path to good health. Used by itself, it at least prevents the inflammation from doing as much damage as it could.

After taking this for 3 weeks I have been able to discontinue my nasal prescription, Benadryl, and an other oral med. I am giving it 4 stars because it is not the height of allergy season so I'm not sure how it would hold up on really challenging days.

I was apprehensive about trying this product because I am so sensitive with many intolerances but am already a huge fan of their digestive enzymes so I thought I'd give it a try and I am glad that I did. Within 15 minutes of taking a dose I felt huge relief. I can honestly say this is the most relief I have felt in a long time and hope others are able to find the same. Very grateful to have found this product!

This seems to upset my stomach, and it's complicated timing it to take on an empty stomach, but it's worth it because IT WORKS. My sinuses are so much better, and I'm no longer coughing incessantly. Right from the start, this product works, at least for me.

I have LOTS of environmental allergies and already take two allergy meds plus a nasal spray, but during spring and fall my symptoms still break through. This product has really helped - my eyes do not itch nearly as much, and I don't get hives or have other allergy symptoms as easily or as often. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from allergies, especially since there are no side effects and no interactions with other meds.

In the last couple of years, my lips started swelling up several times a year. I have had issues with eczema and allergies in the past - and that's what it seems like. It is very embarrassing because I cannot go out in public when it happens. My lips are HUGE and I look like I have been punched in the face. I am pretty sure it is caused by pollen from trees or bushes outside of our house - we can't pinpoint the culprit. I have taken Benadryl and that seems to help a bit but it doesn't prevent the flair up. My allergic reactions started to become more frequent so when I found this product, I was desperate. I started taking Allerase the first thing in the morning and before I went to bed at night a couple of weeks ago - just 2 pills per day. At first, I was still feeling like my lips were about to flair up - but they never actually did. Now that it has been in my system for 2 weeks, I haven't had that allergic reaction and I feel much better. I am very happy with this product.
